Interview We will conduct an interview with you to learn all we can about your business; history, significant trends, major selling points of the business, etc. Financial You will need to provide us with a complete financial package; tax returns, P & L statements, notes payable, etc. Pricing After we have completed our interview and reviewed your financials, we will determine a suggested selling price for your business. Marketing A marketing package will be prepared on your business and distributed to all other Empire brokers in the region. Your business will be marketed confidentially to qualified buyers. All buyers that will see information on your company must sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure confidentiality. Negotiations Once an offer has been received with the appropriate down payment, this offer will be personally presented to you for your review and acceptance. Closing Once negotiations have led to a successful purchase agreement, we will take the proper steps to ensure an orderly process to closing the deal.
